I fell in love with the warmth of Taiwanese people and chose to settle down here, sharing my hometown’s most representative delicacies – Turkish ice cream and hazelnuts – with my friends in Taiwan.

The legend dates back to the Ottoman era, when an ice cream vendor, hoping to amuse a crying child, pretended to offer ice cream and then took it back, causing the boy to smile. This "ice cream spirit that brings laughter" has been passed down to this day and has become the unique charm of Turkish ice cream.
